Booking Information

4 Simple Steps to Booking a Party.

  1. Check availability by calling +44 7557 141911 (Ruchi Kumar) or emailing ruchisachinkumar@gmail.com
  2. Decide how many activities you want - each takes 45 minutes to an hour, but generally, the older the group, the longer they take!
  3. Choose your activities by looking at the party choices. Feel free to discuss suitability for your group with me.
  4. Send a £10 deposit to confirm your booking by sending a cheque to Ruchi Kumar or a bank transfer (ask for details).

Few more things you need to know.

  • You are under no obligation to do more than one activity.
  • Art shirts are provided for all the children, as are plastic covers for the table and the floor.
  • Invitations are included in the price, which can be filled in by the host.
  • Calico party bags are extra and can be designed using fabric crayons at £3 each
  • Folding tables and extra seating can be supplied when required.
  • The minimum number is 5, the maximum is how many you can stand! For each additional 6 guests after the first 12, there will be an extra helper.
  • The balance of the payment is due on the day, as you will only pay for the number who are actually there on the day. Payment is cash or by cheque.
  • I will contact you during the week before the party to get your best estimate of final numbers and reconfirm details.
  • There is an additional charge of £5 beyond 10 miles from Chalfont St Giles
  • Whilst every care is taken to avoid spills, no responsibility can be taken for accidental damage to clothes and furnishings.

Kate's Party

The table is set up ready for the start of the party and when the guests arrive, art shirts are put on and we're ready to go.

Kate had chosen to do tie dye cushions and fridge magnets. The children are busy tying the cushion covers to make the patterns ready for dyeing

The self portraits are carefully crafted while the cushion covers are in the dye.

The magnets go in the oven while the cushion covers get tied again ready for the second dyeing.

After tea, the cushions are untied, and the patterns revealed. They are quickly ironed dry and the cushions put inside ready for going home!
